Each EEUA Fair is a 5-day virtual event in a particular region attended by 5000-15000 visitors. Prospective students and their parents visit the fair during this period to learn about study abroad opportunities, connect with university/college representatives and ask their questions. At the fair young people are seeking degree & non-degree programs, language courses, summer schools, internships, summer camps and preparatory/foundation programs. They are willing to find out good options for full-time education and online learning.
You are invited to exhibit your institution at the EEUA Fairs and get connected with prospective students in the regions of your choice!

How to participate?

Submit your order
Choose the EEUA Fairs, add them to your order, fill in the registration form and submit. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your participation and issue the invoice.

Get the invoice
We will send you the invoice for the chosen fairs.

Pay the invoice
Pay the invoice via bank wire transfer.

Send us materials for your booth
You send us required materials for your virtual booth (such as university describption, pictures, video, list of programs, etc) and we build it.

Participate in the EEUA Fair
Students will visit the fair and your virtual booth. They will contact you via Whatsapp, Viber, other messengers. It is very easy for them to start communication and it is very convenient for you, because you will keep all information in personal chats. We recommend to use web-versions of messengers and business accouts if possible. Students will also submit brief applications (student leads for further follow-up.

Get the fair result
After the fair you will get student leads - a list of students with contact information (name, citizenship, mobile phone number, email if they have it ) and program they want to study. All leads are GDPR compliant. We recommend to do proper follow-up by developing and implementing the engagement strategy for prospective students.
