Agency FAM-trip is a Familiarization Trip for Student Recruitment Agencies. In other words it is an organized tour when a group of 15-20 certified agencies visit your institution & some other universities during one trip. Normally 4-5 institutions participate in the FAM-trip as hosting universities.

Each Hosting University of the FAM-trip is getting the opportunity to introduce the university, showcase the campus and its facilities, and present all the benefits of partnership for Education Agents during the visit.

Fees & Responsibilities
The University applying for the FAM - trip hosting is to pay the fee and assume the responsibilities listed below

— Opportunity to arrange one-to-one meetings & make individual proposals
— Opportunity to motivate Agencies through hospitality & personal approach

Hosting University Responsibilities
Agency Accommodation
— 2-night accommodation for each participating Agent (single room)
— University can provide Agents with the rooms at the campus or city hotel
Meals
— 3-time meals (breakfasts, hot lunches, hot dinners) during each day of the visit
— Coffee breaks, welcome reception, cocktails are at the University's discretion
City Transportation
— All city transportation during each day of the visit
— Airport (train station) pick-up & drop-off
Sightseeing Program
— A half-day sightseeing tour in your city (with transportation)

How It Works
Request
You submit your request for the FAM-trip. We will call you in 24 hours to discuss all the details. We will confirm with you the dates, conditions and responsibilities of the Hosting University (accommodation, meals, sightseeing, etc)
Agreement & pre-payment
You sign agreement (optional) and pay 50% of the Hosting University Fee via the invoice
Agencies' visit
You host the Agency FAM-trip for 2 days to showcase your university.
Our representative will accompany the group to help you with organizational issues
Final payment
If you are satisfied with the Agency FAM-trip, you make the final payment (the rest 50% of the Hosting University Fee via the invoice)
