Tasks to be done by EEUA

Preliminary evaluation of the expected results

The EEUA makes an evaluation of the expected results of the international student recruitment through EEUA Digital Marketing Services. The preliminary evaluation is carried out by EEUA once University has submitted its order. The preliminary evaluation is free of charge. If the expected results are suitable for both sides, the EEUA begins work on the project by summarizing the agreements and issuing the invoice.

Multilanguage landing page development

The EEUA develops university landing pages in English, Arabic, French and Spanish. The university provides text, photo and video materials for the web development. Language options for landing pages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Turkish, Portuguese, the other languages are available upon request. All landing pages are mobile-friendly and can be easily opened from any device such as smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC.

Online advertising campaign
The EEUA launches advertising campaign via Google and other platforms, prospective students visit your landing pages, get and leave their contacts for further communication. In such way student leads are collected and you get them via your email and Whatsapp. During the online advertising campaign we recommend to be ready for a quick replies to prospective students' inquiries.

Tasks to be done by the University

Student leads handling
The EEUA Digital Marketing Services are aimed to collect student leads. Once the university gets the leads, International Office staff should handle them (establish first contact with prospective student, provide information about the university and its programs, engage him/her in further dialogue, and bring to the enrollment stage). It is recommended to use the way of communication which is prefered by a student. All student leads will be stored in Google Sheets, which is a kind of a simple CRM system. Integrations with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Monday) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, SendGrid, Sendinblue, Sendpulse) are also available.

Follow-up & conversion

This is the next job for the International Office of the university. Proper student leads handling help you convert leads to the university students. This stage may include the such activities as advice, assistance & support during the distant admission procedure; the invitation letter issuance for visa for enrolled students; meeting student upon arrival and his/her enrollment & study arrangements at the university.
